To enable Background Check Automatic Renewals, click the ‘Gear’ symbol in the top right-hand corner and select ‘Organization settings.’
Next, select ‘Enable Automatic Renewals’ in the Background Checks Module Configuration section, then click ‘Save.’
To manage Background Check Automatic Renewals, select ‘Background Checks’ in the left-hand menu.
Click on the ‘Renewals’ tab at the top.
Adjust the drop-down menu options if needed, then click ‘Save’ or check the ‘Cancel Renewal’ box in order to not renew the Background Check.
The system will automatically order a new Background Check for the User two weeks before the renewal date.
