MinistrySafe offers an integrated two-way connection with Planning Center, enabling churches to seamlessly track completion of Sexual Abuse Awareness Training, Skillful Screening Training and Background Checks within Planning Center.
Administrators are able to view a User’s date of completion and score related to Sexual Abuse Awareness Training and Skillful Screening Training within the User’s Planning Center profile. As well, Administrators will have the ability to view the renewal date and report of completed Background Checks.
Users in your Planning Center account are automatically imported into the MinistrySafe Control Panel.
- Click on the ‘Admin’ tab in the left-hand menu, then click on ‘Integrations’ in the top toolbar. (You may choose one Group or List in Planning Center to be pulled into MinistrySafe).
- We'll automatically add your Planning Center Users into your MinistrySafe Control Panel.
- Assign, track, and manage Trainings and Background Checks through our simple online system.
- A User’s profile will automatically update in Planning Center upon completion of Sexual Abuse Awareness Training, Skillful Screening Training and Background Checks.
This is a live integration, continuously moving Users (every 24 hours) into your MinistrySafe Control Panel when Users are added into Planning Center.
The information pulled from Planning Center into the MinistrySafe Control Panel includes:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Planning Center user ID
*Please note: Users who are already listed in your MinistrySafe Control Panel before the integration will not connect to Planning Center and will not show Training or Background Check completions. Only Training and Background Check completions by Users pulled from Planning Center after the integration will appear. Duplicate profiles may occur if a User is listed in your MinistrySafe Control Panel before the integration and is additionally moved over from Planning Center via integration.
