An email address is required because Training and Background Check links are sent to each User via email.
For Users without an email address, use this workaround:
- When adding the User, enter your email address.
- Ask the Trainee to utilize a computer or tablet at your organization’s facility.
- When the Trainee arrives, assign Training using your email address.
- Check your email and open the Training link that was sent.
Warning:
When you open the Training link, make sure you see the Trainee’s name at the top right-hand corner. Your computer may automatically remember your profile. If you do not see the correct User’s name, try refreshing the page or clearing your cache and cookies.
