Our system allows you to customize the content of the training email. You can change SOME information contained in the Default email OR you can create your own Custom email!
To get started, click Online Training, then Email Templates.
For the Default template, the Default name is the name of the person sending the training and the Default email is the billing email. You can click the Edit button next to the default template to update the Contact Name and Send From Email Address. Then click Save Email.
To create a new template, click Add New Template. Fill in the requested information, check the Make Active check box, and click Save Email. (Do not copy and paste the training link from the default template in to the Custom Email. The Custom Email will automatically generate the training link at the bottom of the email WHEN IT IS SENT OUT.)
