How to edit a user role

There are 3 different roles on our system:

  • SSAs are the Safety System Administrators who manage the organization's account, order and manage Background Checks, and manage billing information. They receive training completion emails for the trainees they have sent links to.
  • Supervisors receive training completion emails for those who have the same tag or for those they have sent the training to. They may manage users in the account, but not the organization's information.
  • Trainees have access to the training videos and quiz.

 

Click MANAGE USERS in the menu to the left, then SEARCH for the user. Click 👤 to view the user profile. Now click on the ⚙ in the top right hand corner and click EDIT USER INFO. Scroll down and select the preferred user ROLE.
