Background Check Email Templates may be customized to communicate information to Users, such as Background Check deadlines or contact information for a specific Administrator at the Organization.
To begin customizing your Email Template:
Step 1: Upload a logo if you’d like your Organization represented in the email.
Step 2: Create and Select an Email Template.
- Select ‘Email Templates’ to create or edit Background Check Email Templates.
- Select ‘Add new Template’ to create a new Background Check Email Template.
OR select the ‘edit’ icon to edit an existing Template. - Click on ‘Back to Background Check Module Configuration’ once completed.
- Select the Email Template you wish to use.
Step 3: Confirm Settings.
- Adjust Reminder Frequency and Reminder Expiration.
- Enable or Disable the ‘About the Background Check Process’ section. This section provides a step-by-step Background Check process for each User.
3. Select ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.
